Baby and You |

| A registered nurse who may be with you during your birthing experience will introduce to you and a support person all the options of labor and delivery including relaxation and breathing techniques, anesthesia, and delivery. Parenting and newborn care are included. Guest speakers including physicians and a lactation consultant will talk. Community resources are discussed. A tour is included. |
