Aqua Fusion Saturday Blast - All Levels. Held at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning, join us for an extra day to improve your cardiovascular and muscle strength, and flexibility in a fun 45 minute class.
Moms in Motion - All Levels. A water workout using cardiovascular, strength training, endurance, and flexibility to prepare the expectant mother for delivery. Water workout during Aqua Fusion on Saturday 8 a.m.
Mommy, Daddy & Me - A water acclimation class for parents and children 4 months - 24 months. The first week of each month we will be working on land with development motor skills.
