Medical Claims Assistance - Information and personal counseling for problems or questions involving Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care insurance and health care bills. To schedule an appointment with a counselor trained by the Ohio Senior Health insurance Information program, call the senior Partners Office at 330-263-8462.

Valet Parking - is available at the main entrance from 7:00AM - 4:00PM. Pull your car up to the main entrance doors and someone will park your car for you, and and retrieve it for you when you are ready. There is no charge for this service.

Medical Appointment Transportation - We provide transportation to medical appointments at Wooster Community Hospital and offices of physicians who are on our Medical Staff and located in Wooster. Call the Senior Partners Office at 330-263-8144 to schedule transportation.

Educational Programs - To promote health and wellness, we arrange numerous educational programs that are of interest to seniors. See Community Programs for scheduled programs.

Cafeteria Discounts - 25% discount on meals served in the Hospital cafeteria during weekdays. Free tea and coffee anytime.

Gift Shop Discounts - 10% discount on purchases in the Hospital Gift Shop. Discount does not apply to candy and flowers.

Newsletters - Several newsletters are sent to Senior Partners throughout the year announcing new hospital services, additional benefits, educational programs, and social events.

Wayne Health Service & Supplies - 15% discount on home medical equipment at Wayne Health Services and Supplies, 2571 Cleveland Road, Wooster. Discount not available on Medicare, Medicaid and insurance purchases.

Milltown Optometrists - 10% discount on lenses and frames from Milltown Optometrists, 370 Milltown Road, Wooster. The practice includes Dr's. Timothy C. Karg, Joel A. Kennedy, and Larry K. Siders.
