Load, Order, Action, & Determination Equal DEFINITION. An express workout of 45 minutes with true strength training principles in mind. Using full range of motion movements with various sequencing, repetitions, and integration while experimenting with weight and agility training, circuits, intervals, sport-specific drills and athletic movements, sequencing, repetitions and integration. If you've reached a plateau in your strength training regime; here's your answer. Various equipment will be used: BOSU balls, free weights, stability and medicine balls, Resistant bands, steps, and body bars.

Throughout the year, the seasons naturally bring forth times which sporting events are held. For instance, winter brings skiing, spring brings golfing, summer brings running (5k,10k, marathon), and the fall brings hiking.
