| WHY WEIGHT - weight loss program is a low-cost, safe and effective weight loss program developed for use at Wooster Community Hospital. Diet, exercise and behavior modification assist with weight loss and keeping it off for life.
This six-month program is individualized for each participant and the "portion control" plan uses every day foods with no need to count calories. When used with exercise as recommended, the plan allows for slow gradual weight loss while meeting nutritional needs.
