Bone Densitometry
Bone Densitometry is an X-Ray procedure that measures bone loss due to bone disease. Bone Densitometry measurement is simple, safe, noninvasive, and painless. It is used most often to diagnose Osteoporosis, which is the loss of bone mass.
With the use of special software, the WCH Bone Densitometry Scan can access the stability of any spine fractures related to loss of bone mass. This information will help your doctor determine if there is a need to take certain steps in protecting bone health.
