Self-Registration Kiosk now available at WCH

New Self-Registration Kiosk at Wooster Community Hospital

Two stand-alone Registration Kiosks are now available for use at the hospital’s main entrance. Patients with scheduled appointments now have the option to check themselves in as soon as they enter the building.

Patients may continue to check-in at the registration desk with a registration clerk as in the past, but the kiosks provide a time-saving option for patients if they wish to use it.

Patients can confirm appointments, edit their information, sign consent forms, update insurance information, and print out a receipt for a co-pay if they have one. The information is then immediately transferred to the department where the patient has an appointment, and no additional paperwork is required.

If patients have questions as they register, a registration clerk is close by.
