Denise Parker Awarded Fellowship

Denise Parker, BSN, MBA, was awarded the designation Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE) at the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) national conference in San Antonio, Texas, on October 23, 2012.

Founded in 1956, ACMPE (American College of Medical Practice Executives) is the standard-setting and certification organization of MGMA. Through ACMPE, medical group managers can earn the Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) designation and go on to earn the highest distinction of Fellow in the ACMPE (FACMPE). ACMPE members belong to a network of management professionals dedicated to becoming the best in medical practice management by combining experience, learning, and professional certification.

Living in Wooster, Ohio, Denise and her husband, Craig Parker, MD, are the parents of four sons. Denise works for Wooster Community Hospital as the Physician Services Manager, and is Chief Operating Officer of the hospital’s multi-specialty group practice, Bloomington Medical Services LLC.
