Home Health Services
If you or someone you know needs help recovering from an illness or injury, Wooster Community Hospital's Home Health Department is at your service. Our professional team of nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides provides in-home care to patients and families in Wayne, Holmes, and Ashland counties. Our goal is to offer compassionate care while helping patients regain as much independence as possible.
Home Health Services are available to individuals who need skilled care due to an ongoing condition, disability or recent illness. Hospitalization is not required before receiving care. To qualify for our Home Health program, the patient must be under a physician's care and must generally be confined to their home. This means your condition does not permit leaving the home on a regular basis or leaving the home is a hardship.
