Wooster Community Hospital provides chemotherapy and chemotherapy-related services at our convenient Infusion Center – WCH Outpatient Center-East location at the intersection of Eagle Pass and Back Orrville Road.  With Wooster Community Hospital Pharmacy oversight, infusion services are available to our community here with convenient parking and a friendly and compassionate staff.

Multidisciplinary Program

We at Wooster Community Hospital recognize that cancer is a complex group of diseases. The Commission on Cancer Program Standards promote consultation among surgeons, cancer specialists, and staff. This multidisciplinary cooperation results in improved care for you.

Accreditation with Commendation

The American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer has granted Wooster Community Hospital’s Cancer Program Accreditation with Commendation. Accreditation with Commendation is limited to those programs that are involved with prevention, early diagnosis, pretreatment evaluation, staging, optimal treatment, rehabilitation, and support services.  One of the keys to success for a Commission on Cancer Approved Program is that the hospital must provide state-of-the-art care for cancer patients seen at the facility for primary, secondary, or tertiary care

Wooster Community Hospital offers transportation to the Hospital, HealthPoint, and physician offices on our Active Medical Staff located in Wooster including the: Medical Office Building at the Hospital, Milltown Professional Building, the Cleveland Clinic in Wooster, and Wooster Eye Clinic.
