Inpatient Rehabilitation

Our goal is to help patients get back to life, family and friends as quickly as possible. Working with each patient and their family, the team designs a highly individualized treatment plan which focuses on potential, not on limitations. This progressive approach strives to meet the needs of everyone involved in the rehabilitation process, including the patients and their loved ones. Some illnesses or events that may require inpatient rehabilitation include stroke, hip fracture, amputation, neurological disorders (multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, muscular dystrophy, etc.), rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, and others as recommended by your doctor.

The Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit is located on the 4th floor of the main hospital building

  • Weekday 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Sunday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Referrals can be initiated by physicians, patients/families, discharge planners, and allied health professionals. In addition, a patient's stay on the unit may be covered completely or in part by Medicare or your private insurance.
