Wooster Community Hospital accepts all major traditional insurance plans and most managed care plans.
If you are need of financial assistance, feel free to fill out our financial assistance application or contact us and we will be available to help you complete Medicaid and HCAP applications.
If you would like to pay your bill online, you may do so through WCH eCare. You can learn more about WCH eCare or login by visiting the WCH eCare link below under Special Services.
Fellow WCH eCare Users,
October 1, 2013 WCH eCare will migrate to a new computer system. The new system will provide additional access to your discharge instructions and education for any Emergency Department or Inpatient visit. You will also be able to access your complete health summary, including medications, problems, allergies and other information.
Lab results for the 6 months prior to October 1, 2013 will be available. If you need a lab report prior to April 1, 2013, please call our Health Information Department at 330-263-8615. All lab reports and Radiology reports from October 1, 2013 and forward will be available in the new portal.
You may continue to pay your bill online via our new PayPal option on our website. The online bill pay option within the WCH eCare portal will return as a second option at a later date.
All WCH eCare users that are currently enrolled in the portal prior to October 1, 2013, will be sent an email that will permit them to continue their enrollment through the new system. This email should arrive around the October 1, 2013 date.
