Registration

If you are scheduled for a test or treatment at Wooster Community Hospital, we will attempt to reach you by phone for pre-registration. If we do not reach you, please feel free to call us. At the time of pre-registration you will be given any instruction necessary for your tests to be completed and the location of the testing. Laboratory and some x-ray services are also available at the hospital's Milltown Service Center at 128 E. Milltown Road, Wooster.
