Specialty: Aaron received his Bachelors of Science from Urbana University in Exercise Science. While at Urbana, Aaron was a member of the men's soccer team and was the acting Strength and Conditioning coach for the Women's basketball team. In his years working as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer, Aaron has helped thousands of athletes and weight loss clients reach their athletic and personal goals. Aaron enjoys competing in Duathlons (biking and running). Aaron is from Wooster, Ohio and currently resides in Wooster with his wife Andrea and their dog Millie. Bri Williams
Bachelor of Science - Biology
Specialty: Bri earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the College of Wooster where she played four years on the Women's Soccer Team and was captain during her senior year. In Spring 2016 she will graduate with herMaster's degree in Sports and Health Science from American Public University. In addition, Bri is working towards her certifications as a personal trainer (CPT), cancer exercise trainer (CET) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES). Nena Brierly
Associate's of Exercise Science Technology
Specialty: Nena earned her Associate’s degree in Exercise Science Technology from Wayne College. She is certified in NETA Group Exercise, NETA Yoga, NETA Indoor Cycling, AEA for Aquatic instruction, and Silver Sneakers. She is also certified with ACSM for personal training. Nena enjoys teaching a wide variety of land and water exercise classes, ranging from Stretch and Yoga classes to more challenging classes like Cycling, Boot Camp, and Aqua Intervals. Specialty: Ayla earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Akron. As a Group Exercise Instructor, Ayla is a certified American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA), MADD Dog Spinning Instructor, and American Sports & Fitness Association (ASFA) Kettlebell Instructor. Other specialties include National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF) Certified Personal Trainer. Specialty: Amy Pugh earned her Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from West Liberty University. She is certified to instruct in 7 different styles of classes for all different age groups. Growing up in the rural area, Amy has always been active. She was inspired by the quote,”God gave us one body and we need to take care of it,” by Jack LaLanne and made that her driving force as she pursued a career in wellness. Specialty: Angela graduated from massage therapy school at Knox County Career in Mt. Vernon and Timberlake studies in 2003. Her specialties include; trigger point therapy, myofacial release, pregnancy massage, hot stone, and relaxation. Specialty: Fran is an ACE certified personal trainer and also AEA, Silver Sneakers and AFAA certified. She earned her degree in education from Penn State University and has been working at HealthPoint for 10 years. Fran is committed to wellness by living an active and healthy lifestyle. Kim Nussbaum

Specialty: Kim graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science/Exercise Physiology. She is certified by NETA as a Group Exercise Instructor, the Aquatic Exercise Association, AFPA Special Populations trainer and the American Heart Association, . Kim McFarren
Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting, Licensed Massage Therapist
Specialty: Kim graduated from The Ohio College Of Massotherapy. Kim is trained in Deep tissue massage, Myofascial Release, Pregnancy massage, and Hot Stone Massage Therapy. She also graduated from North Central State College in 2008 with an Associates Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting and has her Personal Training Certificate from NASM. She specializes in manual therapy, combining massage and therapy to promote wellness. Kim is married with 2 sons and enjoys personal fitness and spending time with her family. Specialty: Jodi received her training at the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage. She treats a variety of clients ranging from elderly to elite athletes, tailoring massage to the needs of each individual. She loves to combine the therapeutic effects of deep tissue massage with relaxing techniques to provide a well-balanced treatment. Her specialties include deep tissue (sports) massage, relaxation massage and pregnancy massage. Jodi resides in Orrville with her husband John. In her spare time she enjoys reading, golf and travel. Specialty: Amy Mast graduated from Malone University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science and became a Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Personal Trainer. While at Malone, she played soccer and ran track. She has been an Athletic Trainer in both the high school and collegiate arena. Her areas of expertise include injury prevention and rehabilitation, improving strength, speed, agility, and ultimately character in athletes of all ages.
