My passion for fitness came at a very young age with a love for sports, specifically soccer. During my off-season, I would come to HealthPoint for the summer sports program to help me get ready for the upcoming season and the program made me want to pursue a career in the fitness industry. I already knew I loved fitness but being there made me decide my future. I decided to go to Heidelberg University to get my bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Exercise Science. I also went and got certified in Personal Training and Group Exercise to fulfill my passion in teaching a wide variety of fitness classes based on cardio, core, strength, stretching, and conditioning along with helping people achieve their individual goals, whether it is for weight loss, strength gains or athletes wanting to prepare for their upcoming season or stay on top of their already gains. Healthpoint, at a young age, made me realize that I wanted to help people not only work towards their goals but push them to strive past them as they did for me. In my free time away from work, I enjoy being out on the lake, taking trips to different hiking areas, keeping up with my Netflix shows, and reading a good book.
