Dining with Diabetes
Living with diabetes can be challenging, especially when it comes to mealtimes. That's where Dining with Diabetes comes in. Dining with Diabetes is a cooking and nutrition education program provided by Ohio State University that is designed specifically for those living with diabetes and their loved ones. We strive to provide not only delicious recipes but also informative sessions on managing your condition through proper nutrition. With Dining with Diabetes, you will:
- Watch live cooking demonstrations.
- Sample delicious food.
- Converse with both dietitians and certified diabetes educators.
- Gain fresh insights on healthy eating.
- Learn new cooking skills to manage your diabetes.
Our course is comprised of four informative sessions where you can enhance your culinary skills with the guidance of professionals.
Who Should Attend?

The fee for the entire series is $25 per person and an additional $10 if you choose to bring a support person.
