Every student receives up to two visits at no cost per semester through our "Let's Chat" program. This welcoming, low-pressure program connects students with a counselor to talk through what is on their mind and explore available support services. Our counselors are here to listen and help students find their next step.

Please bring a valid student ID, your insurance card, and any relevant medical records or documentation. For counseling or psychiatry appointments, we recommend arriving a few minutes early to complete any necessary intake paperwork.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other students who may be scheduling services. You can call us at 330.263.8761 to make changes to your appointment.
