The College of Wooster has partnered with Bloomington Medical Services (BMS), an affiliate of Wooster Community Hospital (WCH) Health System, to support the Longbrake Student Wellness Center on campus.
As an affiliate of WCH, BMS works with health care providers in a range of specialties to provide comprehensive medical care to the Wooster community. BMS will operate the Longbrake Student Wellness Center at Wooster’s Longbrake Student Wellness Center including medical and counseling services for students at the College.

Please bring a valid student ID, your insurance card, and any relevant medical records or documentation. For counseling or psychiatry appointments, we recommend arriving a few minutes early to complete any necessary intake paperwork.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other students who may be waiting for services. You can call us at (330) 263-8761 to make changes to your appointment.

Your information will not be shared without your explicit consent, except in cases where there is a legal or safety obligation, such as risk of harm to yourself or others. Every student receives two free visits per semester through our "Let's Chat" program. This welcoming, low-pressure program connects students with a counselor to talk through what is on their mind and explore available support services. Our counselors are here to listen and help students find their next step.
