The Baxter production facility in North Carolina, which supplies 85% of Ohio hospitals with IV solutions, was severely affected by Hurricane Helene. This has led to a significant reduction in IV fluid supplies, potentially delaying surgeries at WCH. Hospital leadership is actively implementing mitigation strategies to adapt to the situation and maintain exceptional care for our community.

What insurance does the Mt. Hope NowClinic accept?

Our Mt. Hope NowClinic accepts coverage from most major insurance providers. However, we do not currently have contracts with Ambetter, Humana Healthy Horizons, out-of-state Medicaid plans, and VA. To be sure our clinic accepts your insurance coverage for your clinic visits, we encourage you to consult with your carrier before scheduling your appointment with us.

Can I make a single reservation for more than one person?

No. Our providers only see one patient per time slot. If more than one patient needs to be seen, we encourage you to reserve a separate time slot for each individual, ensuring the highest-quality care.

Will I see a doctor right away?

During your visit, you will be seen by a trained healthcare professional, who will evaluate your condition before deciding the best course of action for your specific needs. You may be seen by a nurse, physician, physician assistant, or another combination of healthcare professionals depending on our providers’ availability and your individual needs.

What should I do if I make a reservation, and then start feeling much worse?

If you are feeling worse, do NOT wait for your reservation. Instead, go to the nearest emergency room IMMEDIATELY. If you feel that your condition may be life-threatening, call emergency services at 911 right away.

What should I do if I’m running late?

Our Mt. Hope NowClinic offers a 15-minute grace period for patients who may be behind schedule due to traffic or personal reasons. If you show up for your reservation later than the allotted time frame, you may lose your spot in line.

Patient Testimonials

"We were out of town from Michigan, my symptoms worsened, I came here and had a great experience! Staff was super friendly and nice and the paperwork was simple to fill out for a new patient. I saw Casey and he did a thorough check and promptly diagnosed me. I highly recommend this place for your urgent care needs!"

"Excellent service from both office and medical staff, quick yet thorough."

"My husband had a low grade fever and a cold for about a week that developed a wheezing cough, which was questionable. New to the area, I googled for a nearby walk-in clinic and found Now Clinic in Mt. Hope. Dr. Casey and his staff were so friendly! We got in and out in less than an hour with meds for sinus infection."

"I saw Casey for my strep throat. I was in and out without waiting. Good alternative option to Berlin's urgent care which isn't open during weekdays until 4:00."
